Florentine Tarot (florentinetarot.com) is operated by Tajfi Sp. z o.o., ul. Hoża 86/410, 00-682 Warsaw, Poland. By using the website you agree to these terms.

1. What the service is

Florentine Tarot is an interactive tarot experience for entertainment and self-reflection only. You draw cards in an online ritual and receive a written reading. Readings are generated with artificial intelligence based on traditional card meanings. They are not predictions of the future and are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice. Do not make important decisions based only on a reading. You must be 18 or older to use the service.

2. Free reading and paid reading

The short reading is free. The full reading with up to 5 follow-up questions costs USD 29, paid once through Stripe. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. The full reading is delivered immediately on the website, and a link to it is sent to your e-mail.

3. Refunds

Because the reading is digital content delivered immediately at your request, the right of withdrawal ends once the reading has been delivered. If something went wrong (for example, the reading did not load or was clearly unrelated to your question), write to us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.

4. Fair use

Do not misuse the service, try to break it, or use it to harm others. We may refuse service in case of abuse.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a reading. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
